Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help. 

Cancellations

We would like to inform you that our order processing fees cover the immediate costs incurred to process your transaction. These fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled for any reason.

Please understand that these fees are used to ensure the swift handling of your order and are not returned to us in the event of a cancellation. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

All items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee covers the cost of processing the returned item and restocking it for sale.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, you have two options:

Store Credit:

  • Store credit is provided in an amount equivalent to the item’s purchase price, not including any shipping charges.
  • This credit may be applied to subsequent purchases and remains valid for a period of one year following the issuance date.
  • Please note that store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Cash Refund:

  • Cash refunds are processed with a deduction of a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method utilized during purchase, such as a credit card or PayPal account.

 Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Evolution Outdoors reserves the right to limit or refuse the return. Used merchandise may be refused. Free goods, received as part of promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@evolutionoutdoors.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the RA Form & Proof of Purchase. Ship your return to the following address via USPS PRIORITY MAIL:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Please note, for best delivery use USPS. UPS & FedEx deliveries to this address are not as swift.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Promotional, Used Broadhead Blades, Worn Apparel
